Before I became a REALTOR® I had a very gratifying career teaching Secondary Instrumental Music.

After 15 years of experience in major franchised real estate companies, it seemed appropriate to open an Independent Brokerage. In 2007 Blue Spruce Real Estate, named for the state tree of Colorado, became a reality.  It is a small company with just a few agents who subscribe to a "hands-on"  way of doing business.  

The community I live and work in has several colleges and military bases. Numerous local businesses offer our military population various discounts. My way of giving back to the community is offering a rebate to educators who work with me to purchase a home.   (There are details on the tab at the top of the page.)
