for EDUCATORS
is my way of saying "Thank-You" for continuing to serve and to work toward the betterment of our community
and, ultimately, our nation. I believe educators are in charge of the most precious resource in our nation, and, in a small way,
I am rewarding that. Here's how the program works:
When we close a deal together, you'll receive 25% of the commission paid to
Blue Spruce Real Estate. The rebate will be disclosed on the required document at closing. If a new home is purchased, any incentive offered by the builder
will be in addition to the 25% rebate. Rebates will apply for owner occupied homes as well as investment properties. Rebates will be paid on FSBO's (For Sale By Owner) only if the seller agrees,
in writing, to pay Blue Spruce Real Estate a commission of not less
than 2.75% of Sales Price. Rebates are not paid on the purchase of a home secured by bidding. Qualified individuals must be or have been a State Certified Educator.
